Chosen Vessels

The Women’s Ministry, Chosen Vessels, at the Alfred –Almond Bible Church is committed to inspiring women of all ages to walk closely with the Lord. Through purposeful ministries, we hope to equip women to become “useful to the Master, prepared for every good work.” Our goal is to address four areas vital to spiritual growth:

Belonging– Being a part of a loving and authentic b ody of believers, knowing the sense of belonging, sharpening, and encouragement which comes from true fellowship with one another. Colossians 2:2-3
Blossoming– Being “established in your faith” by reading, meditation, and application of God’s Word. Being equipped through Bible studies, small groups, retreats, and individual discipleship, that you may blossom in your walk with the Lord and “learn what is pleasing to Him." Colossians 2:6-7
Blessing– Unwrapping your spiritual gift and using it “with the ability which God supplies” for blessing, building, serving, and edifying, “so that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ.” 1Peter 4:10-11
Bringing– Learning to radiate the love of Christ in this world, bringing the life-changing message of the gospel to family, friends, neighbors, and beyond.   Matthew 5:16
