Servant Hearts 

 Romans 12: 10-11  “be devoted to one another in brotherly love, give preference to one another in honor, not lagging behind in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord.”

• Identifies needs within our church body
• Needs are then met by men and women who have talents and abilities in those areas
•  a network for communicating
•  involves everyone at AABC

Under the authority of the deacons and elders, potential needs are broken down  into  5 areas ,each with a "coordinator" . The coordinator has a list of people who are willing to serve, and when he/ she hears of a need he/ she will call those who can help.

 The Coordinators are:

• Active, growing Christians
• members of AABC or in the process of becoming members
• regular attenders at Sunday services
• willing to fulfill the ministry responsibilities 
•  striving to attain the characteristics of leadership in 1 Tim 3
•  asked to serve for one year
