The Ministry of Servant Hearts :

Identifies needs within our church body

Needs are then met by men and women who have talents and abilities in those areas
*
Is a network for communicating
*
Involves everyone at AABC
Under the authority of the deacons and elders, potential needs are broken down into 5 areas ,each with a "coordinator" . The coordinator has a list of people who are willing to serve, and when he/ she hears of a need he/ she will call those who can help.
The Coordinators are:

Active, growing Christians
*
Members of AABC or in the process of becoming members
*
Regular attenders at Sunday services
*
Willing to fulfill the ministry responsibilities
*
Striving to attain the characteristics of leadership in 1 Tim 3
*
Asked to serve for one year
