The Indwelling of the Holy Spirit

Why is the Spirit being "in" us better than his merely being "with" us? What does it mean to be baptized with the Spirit, and when does it happen? What does speaking in tongues have to do with it? These are some of the questions we'll touch on in today's devotional reflection, in addition to the larger question: What should we expect the Spirit's indwelling to look like?
