Who is the Holy Spirit?

Today, we'll begin what I think will be a 5-part series on what the Bible teaches about the Holy Spirit. Who is he? Why is it important to speak of him as a person? Did he work differently in the Old Testament than he does today? In today's devotional reflection, we'll seek to address these questions from the Scriptures.
